Local lore has it that during the 20ā€™s-30ā€™s the Hubbard Creek Drainage was being logged and whomever was doing it attached a temporary dock to ā€˜Lumber Rockā€™ for loading purposes.  They built a section of narrow gauge rail line that connected to the dock.  Mike Mijs (a property owner along Hubbard Creek) allowed me to photograph a piece of the old track he had found on his property.
